SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Try our Small Group Training at Kinetix where you work with one of our certified Personal Trainers in a small group setting.  They will take you through a 30 to 45 minute circuit cross training workout. This boot camp style training will push you to your limits and beyond! Get results faster with a more personalized touch.

This workout utilizes bosu balls, step up boxes, tires, ropes, kettle balls, stability balls, free weights, gliders, steps, TRX, and not to mention your own body resistance. Our Trainers provide you with the necessary knowledge to use this equipment for faster results. Trainers cater to individual fitness levels and will motivate you past anything you thought possible.
